Targeted Support is designed for families who need focused guidance on a specific concern rather than full ongoing advocacy. This may include reviewing an IEP or 504 plan, preparing for an upcoming ARD meeting, helping draft school communication, understanding evaluation results, discussing accommodations, or providing parent coaching for a particular challenge. This option offers expert support where it’s needed most, while giving families the confidence to move forward with a clear plan.

Intensive Support is designed for families who need more than focused guidance, but not full comprehensive advocacy. This service includes everything offered in Targeted Support, with added hands-on support such as ongoing document review, multiple strategy sessions, preparation for ARD/IEP/504 meetings, communication guidance with school staff, follow-up planning, and advocate support through more complex situations. It provides a higher level of partnership while remaining flexible.

Comprehensive Support is designed for families who need full, ongoing advocacy throughout the special education process. This service may include in-depth review of educational records, IEP/504/ARD preparation, parent coaching, direct communication guidance with school staff, meeting attendance, follow-up planning, progress monitoring, behavior and accommodation support, evaluation guidance, and continued strategy development. Our goal is to walk alongside your family from start to finish. 

Ongoing Support provides continued guidance as your child’s educational needs evolve. This may include reviewing updated school documents, helping prepare for ARD/IEP/504 meetings, email and communication support with school staff, strategy planning, parent coaching, and advocate attendance at meetings when needed. Our goal is to help families feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. This plan is also good for families who need support but cannot commit to a full package.

Time Included: 2–3 total hours

This is for one specific issue.

Time Included: 5–8 total hours

This could include:

• Multiple strategy sessions
• Document review
• Parent coaching
• Communication guidance
• ARD prep
• Meeting attendance (if included)
• Follow-up planning

This is for moderate complexity cases.

Time Included:

10+ hours and clearly defined full-case support

This could include:

• Ongoing advocacy
• Multiple meetings
• School communication strategy
• Continued document review
• Progress monitoring
• Escalation support
• Full parent partnership

This is for higher-needs families.

Additional support beyond package scope is billed at $125/hour.
